Parramatta Precincts

Parramatta is the second largest legal precinct in Greater Sydney, located in the midst of Western Sydney’s two-million strong population. In August 2021, the Parramatta Legal & Justice Coalition was formed to advocate and promote an expanded legal and justice precinct in Parramatta to transform the CBD into one of Australia’s key legal hubs.

The Parramatta Square development comprises six new buildings and a refurbished town hall in the heart of the Parramatta CBD. It's set across a prime three-hectare city block and linked by 6000 square metres of public space. It will bring investment opportunities to the area as people meet, trade, shop, dine, learn, celebrate and connect at Parramatta Square. 

The Parramatta CBD is located in the geographical heart of Sydney. It’s otherwise known as Sydney’s Central River City. The precinct is undergoing significant growth and revitalisation.

A strong housing market has seen Epping experience unprecedented levels of redevelopment and growth since rezoning in 2014 and brought significant challenges and transport opportunities to this planned precinct. 

Sydney Olympic Park is a 640-hectare residential, commercial, education and entertainment precinct, 14 kilometres west of Sydney’s CBD and 9km east of Parramatta

Healthcare is one of Australia's fastest growing industries and its epicentre is in the heart of Westmead.

Most of the precinct is included on the State Heritage Register which provides a foundation for exciting social infrastructure to be built alongside new residential, commercial and retail spaces. 

Part of the Parramatta Growth Area, the 104-hectare Rydalmere NSW industrial precinct is 3km from the Parramatta CBD. The precinct fronts the Parramatta River and Victoria Road, and extends to Rydalmere Ferry Wharf in the east.
