Parramatta is in a state of acceleration and transformation. This Deloitte report showcases why Parramatta has established itself as an economic powerhouse, with leading organisations strengthening their footholds in the City at the centre of global Sydney. 

The City of Parramatta partnered with the Property Council of Australia to engage Deloitte to produce the ‘Parramatta, the beating heart of global Sydney’ report. 

Deloitte conducted extensive research and stakeholder interviews with government representatives, tenants, City shapers, agents, and developers to identify some key opportunities and target areas of growth for Parramatta.
