International Women's Day | Business Advice & Health Check Sessions

In recognition of International Women’s Day 2026 and this year’s theme Balancing the Scales, Western Sydney Startup Hub, City of Parramatta, in collaboration with Sarina Russo Entrepreneurs, are pleased to offer an additional onsite Business Advice & Business Health Check session with experienced Business Coach Christine Deutsch.

This special session is designed to support women founders, emerging entrepreneurs, and small business owners across Greater Western Sydney — providing practical, tailored guidance to help navigate growth, challenges, and long-term sustainability.

What’s Available

Business Advice Sessions (1 hour)

Participants may access up to two Business Advice Sessions every 12 months.
These sessions are ideal for:

Individuals interested in starting a business who want practical guidance

New or existing business owners needing tailored support such as applying for loans or grants, improving marketing, sourcing clients, or strengthening business viability.

Business Health Check (3 hours total | 2 x 1.5-hour sessions)

Eligible self-employed participants can access a comprehensive Business Health Check once every 12 months.
These sessions are ideal for:

Analysis of financial health and cashflow trends (6-24 months)

Business model evaluation: value proposition, competitors, supply chain & industry trends

Risk assessment: compliance, licences, regulatory obligations

Review of business relationships and staff wellbeing

A tailored action plan to improve long-term business viability

Important to Know

Once eligibility is confirmed, the Self-Employment Assistance Program is a free, government-funded resource.

Sessions are held in a private meeting room at Western Sydney Startup Hub to ensure confidentiality.
