Learn to relax, meditate and live stress-free with a simple Heart-based meditation practice.

The workshop series will run over six-weeks with a focus on a different visual art medium, drawing, painting, or sculpture allowing participants to explore their creativity and to share their unique story, no matter their background or language. The series will culminate in a special art show where participants will display their work for family and friends, celebrating their creativity and journey! Our art program is tailored for primary aged children that are first-generation asylum seekers, refugees or migrants, aged 6-12 arrived in Australia in the last 5 years. Workshops will be supported by volunteers and staff.

If you are unsure, join a Beginner session and speak to the host and they can assist you with the most suitable session to your skill level. This session is for players who know the rules and are comfortable with match play format.
