About the Expo

Explore over 80 curated health, wellness and conscious living stalls stalls, featuring brands such as Moringa Premium Cosmetics, Brahma Kumaris, Oly Life, and Centred Awareness, Dynamic Shift Hypnosis among others. These stalls showcase the best in sustainable products, holistic services, and mindful experiences. Visitors can shop eco-conscious brands, meet practitioners, and discover wellbeing tools that support healthier lifestyles.

Marketplace

Alongside the marketplace, dive into interactive workshops, motivational talks, yoga & meditation sessions, and nutrition and lifestyle classes designed to uplift mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're curious about new wellness trends, already living a conscious life, or simply seeking better balance, this event is designed to educate, inspire, and empower.

We have created a kids zone which will have various workshops by Artist Hub Sydney and Genius Abacus.
