Founded by Master Ma Bao Zi, a skilled artisan from a long line of noodle makers, the restaurant was born from a passion for authentic Lanzhou beef noodles prepared according to Halal principles.
Lanzhou, a city celebrated for its vibrant mix of cultures, particularly the Hui Muslim community, inspired Master Liang to blend traditional Chinese noodle making techniques with Halal culinary practices.
