- MOVE – Afro-Fusion Dance Class with Lady Chika: Kick off the afternoon with an upbeat Afro-Fusion dance session. Burn calories, learn new moves, and feel the rhythm of the diaspora in this joy-filled workout.
- STRENGTHEN – Resistance Training with Viola Jokudu: Build strength and confidence as you learn the fundamentals of resistance training in a supportive and empowering environment.
