From sound studios, tech labs and creative maker spaces, to tranquil active wellness spaces to host a class, PHIVE offers a range of inspiring spaces for hire.
Light-filled spaces to suit community or business meetings are dotted throughout the building, as well as integrated spaces to suit those looking to escape the hustle of daily work with an off-site designed to inspire and reward teams.
Spaces are available to book individually or can be combined. They are beautifully appointed and customisable with the latest AV and video conferencing equipment. A further range of technology is available to hire, and a full-time tech officer is available to ensure everything runs smoothly.
PHIVE is embedded with culturally-diverse stories, heritage, art and history – it’s a space that’s sure to inspire.
Conference and Meetings Rooms
Active Wellness Studios
Available as two separate studios or one large room.
The Active studio is flooded with natural light and versatile space that would suit a variety of activities and events. This space is perfect for dance classes, performance workshops and fitness activities for all age groups. With a capacity of 50 theatre style, it has the flexibility to host various seating arrangements that can host your next function, meetings, staff development day and workshop activities.

Smart Tech Labs
The two Smart Tech Labs are the perfect space to book your next computer training or workshop session. Featuring a display screen perfect for any presentation, or training.

Music & Podcast Studio
Two State of the art sound studios can be used to record your music or podcast. The On Air light with the studio monitors, rode podcast mics and studio headphones make PHIVE the perfect place to work on your creation.

Maker Spaces - Creative Studios
These rooms can be opened up into one larger room, or remain as two separate studios. Overlooking the internal Library, a feature of these rooms is being close to the striking roof panels – it’s sure to inspire you in delivering creative projects, arts and crafts or simply learning and exploring. With flexible configuration and wet areas, these rooms make the perfect venue for your next workshop or celebration.

Small Meeting Rooms
These meeting rooms are perfect for a simple workshop in a boardroom style setting. This space features a display screen and sound to connect your presentation wirelessly.

Medium Meeting Rooms
Medium meeting rooms are perfect for hosting a boardroom luncheon or facilitating a team building day. You can hire these rooms as individual rooms, or open up the partitions to create a combined space for larger audiences. The room features a display screen and sound for wireless presentation.

Large meeting rooms are perfect for hosting a boardroom luncheon or facilitating a team building day. A kitchenette is available for hire when booking the large meeting rooms on level three.
