October 2026
Parramatta Lanes is Sydney’s biggest street festival over four nights of food, music and art taking over unexpected laneways and hidden corners of the city. Discover pop-up bars, live performances and local flavours as Parramatta transforms into a playground of creativity, culture and late-night energy.

Celebrate Diwali in Parramatta with a vibrant festival of light, colour and community. Enjoy cultural performances, food stalls and family-friendly activities as the city lights up in honour of new beginnings. It’s a joyful night that brings people together to share traditions, stories and delicious food.

Australia Day in Parramatta is all about coming together - whether you’re sharing a BBQ with mates, dancing to live music or enjoying family-friendly entertainment and delicious food stalls. It’s a day to celebrate what makes our city so special.
February 2027
Celebrate the Year of the Goat with vibrant Lunar New Year festivities across Parramatta. From the buzzing night festival in Parramatta Square to the community event in Epping, the city comes alive. Expect live performances, delicious food, and joyful moments for all ages.
May - July 2026
WARAMI is Parramatta’s program of First Nations events held across key dates, including Sorry Day and Burramatta NAIDOC. The program honours the Burramattagal people and invites everyone to connect with culture through storytelling, language, ceremony, art and community-led experiences.
