- What happens if it is raining or bad weather?

Yes, Parramatta Square provides access to accessible toilets inside PHIVE. Carols in Parramatta Park will take place in parkland with primarily grassed areas with gravel access paths throughout. Accessible toilets are available.

Yes, dogs are permitted on a leash.
