PHIVE SHP: EcoTown Experience (Ages 9-11)

This July school holidays, join the EcoTown Experience - a unique and exciting full day program where children aged 9-11 step into the shoes of town citizens. Taking place in the real Parramatta Council Chambers, at EcoTown, children have to work together to keep the town running. Through fun role-playing activities, they’ll learn important life skills like managing money, voting on community decisions, and trying out different jobs - just like real citizens making real decisions!

EcoTown offers a hands-on, engaging way for kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of how communities work— all while having fun.

Time: 9:30am - 3:30pm 

What to bring: Water Bottle, Snacks for Crunch & Sip and Lunch

Cost: $50 (Creative Kids Vouchers Accepted)

Location: Dharug Country, Maker Space, Level 3, PHIVE 5 Parramatta Square

• This workshop is suitable for children aged 9 - 11 years - Council reserves the right to remove any bookings that are made outside of this age group

• Parents and carers may sign their children in from 9am and must pick them up and sign out by 3:45pm.
