PHIVE SHP: Learn to Draw: Pet Portraits (Ages 7-12)
-
5 Parramatta Square, Parramatta NSW 2150
In this workshop, students will be guided through a step by step demonstration of how to sketch and shade a pet portrait. Students will be taught the fundamentals of how to construct the head shapes and features of dogs and cats, and other pets. Students will then complete a portrait using photos of their own pets (digital or printed) as reference. Photo printouts of a variety of animals will also be provided for students who don’t bring their own photo reference. By the end of the workshop, students will be able to take home a completed pet or animal portrait, as well as the fundamental skills enabling them to draw animals from the imagination.
