Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is a form of sound therapy where crystal singing bowls are played to produce harmonic vibrations and pure tones that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance by aligning with the body’s natural frequencies and energy centres, or chakras. The sound waves are believed to penetrate the body, calm the nervous system, and encourage the brain to shift into restorative theta and delta wave states, leading to physical and mental well-being.
Uniting Meditation & Breathwork practices in each session which combines conscious breathing techniques with mindfulness or guided meditation to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It uses techniques like deep, diaphragmatic breathing, guided meditation, and sound to help participants focus, quiet the mind, and reset their nervous system.
Lastly, to finish off a flexibility and stretch session that involves structured techniques and exercises, like static stretching and PNF stretching, designed to increase your body’s range of motion, improve muscle and joint mobility, and promote relaxation. The primary goal is to safely and effectively lengthen your muscles and improve the mobility of your joints. Many classes draw inspiration from practices like Yoga and Pilates, which are known for their flexibility and mobility benefits.
