PARKROYAL Parramatta's BAR 30 is turning up the heat at Parramatta Lanes this 22-25 October with a Latin fiesta like no other. 

Complete with a South American–style open fire BBQ, offering smoky choripán and asado cuts sizzling over the flames. Pair it with spicy margaritas, smooth pisco, and Aperol spritz, crafted to perfection by our talented bartenders. Feel the rhythm with live Latin DJs, salsa classes and dance the night away. Cumbia Night

Foxy Fuzz are curating a high-energy lineup of cumbia sounds featuring the Santamaria Brothers, Magdalena, Mr Cuchuco, The Changuas, and Maria Piña.
