Named after the roadside stalls of Kuala Lumpur that peddle Indian Malay street food, Mamak is renowned for authentic, bold and traditional flavours, with smart and friendly service. This year they will hosting a pop-up stall serving up street food such as Satay Chicken (flamed grilled chicken skewers, served with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce), Ayam Goreng (Malaysian-style fried chicken), Mee Goreng (spicy wok-tossed hokkien noodles with eggs, prawns, fish cake slices and fresh bean sprouts) and Teh Ais (Malaysian sweetened tea on ice).

Renowned for its fresh and high-quality nutritious ingredients and range of healthy treats, Sol Bowl will be making its appearance at Parramatta Lanes this year with a pop-up stall serving delightful acai cups with choice of various toppings, vegan brownie acai bowl and the trending Dubai pistachio chocolate.

Kampung Laksa has become a local gem with Parramatta locals, and this year they will be returning to Parramatta Lanes serving up delicious Malaysian and Indonesian cuisine.

This year we welcome them to Parramatta Lanes with a pop-up stall that will be serving up classic street food such as grilled BBQ meats, fish balls, kwek-kewk and the popular Filipino dessert halo halo.

Local Indian restaurant Bombat Masala have introduced two menu items especially in for Parramatta Lanes. Make sure to stop by during Lanes to try these mouth-watering snacks! The Parra-Tikki (also known as the Tikki Puri) is a spicy, crispy, tangy, savoury snack filled with fresh veggies, punchy flavour and texture. The Parra-Sev (also know as the Sev Puri) is a popular Indian savory snack, made with crispy papdi (flat puri) topped with mashed potatoes, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes and enjoyed with various types of chutneys.
