Foundation Day 2025
We welcome expression of interest from local musicians, bands, choirs, performers, and entertainers who reflect the vibrant and diverse spirit of our community.
Event Details:
- Date: 9am to 1pm Saturday 1 November.
- Performer Timings: site bump out and pack down from 1pm - 6pm
- Location: Hambledon Cottage Reserve, 63 Hassall Street - Parramatta
- Audience: Estimated 2,500 attendee
- Performance Type: Stage-based (to avoid sound bleed), roving entertainment also considered
Performers We're Looking For
- Engaging, family-friendly musicians and performers
- Preference for musicians based in or connected to Parramatta and surrounding LGA’s
- Performers who can contribute to the celebratory and inclusive atmosphere
