Foundation Day Live Music Performers EOI

We are on the lookout for from local musicians, bands, choirs, performers, and entertainers who reflect the vibrant and diverse spirit of our community.

Foundation Day 2025

We welcome expression of interest from local musicians, bands, choirs, performers, and entertainers who reflect the vibrant and diverse spirit of our community. 

Event Details: 

  • Date: 9am to 1pm Saturday 1 November.
  • Performer Timings: site bump out and pack down from 1pm - 6pm
  • Location: Hambledon Cottage Reserve, 63 Hassall Street - Parramatta
  • Audience: Estimated 2,500 attendee
  • Performance Type: Stage-based (to avoid sound bleed), roving entertainment also considered

Performers We're Looking For

  • Engaging, family-friendly musicians and performers
  • Preference for musicians based in or connected to Parramatta and surrounding LGA’s
  • Performers who can contribute to the celebratory and inclusive atmosphere

Please note that the completion of the following EOI does not automatically guarantee a position at any of our events. Shortlisted performers, who align with Foundation Day, will be contacted directly.

For example PS, audio engineers/s, basic backline, equipment, space, number of microphones, lecterns, chairs if seated performance etc. 
Have you been or are you currently employed by the City Council of Parramatta?
