Designed and built in 1928, boasting architectural significance and situated in the centre of Parramatta, the Ionic Pillars have stood the test of time and will now open its doors to offer you the ultimate exclusive evening.

The letter ‘’H’’ is not only a symbol to our brand-name, but it is a reoccurring hieroglyph that can be seen throughout the internal and external design of the venue itself. The symbol reaffirms our intent to be pillars of strength in the nightlife community, and to continuously strive and learn from the past to elevate ourselves to new heights.

Experience an elevated Japanese dining experience in an expansive 120-seat setting, promising a unique culinary journey under the expertise of Head Chef Harry Cho (ex-Nobu chef).

Oribu’s Chef's Tasting Menu ($150pp), features delights such as hiramasa kingfish carpaccio carved with military precision, a selection of the finest, freshest sashimi, yuzu guacamole paired with crispy lotus chips and yukari salt, succulent grain-fed tenderloin brochettes and a choice of side dish per person. The meal culminates in a divine yuzu sorbet, accompanied by coconut cream, fresh berries and a hint of vanilla fairy floss; a menu perfectly encapsulating Chef Cho's passion.
