Dr Lauren Samuelsson will be guest presenter at Parramatta & District Historical Society when she will talk on her topic "A Matter of Taste - The Australian Women's Weekly and Its Influence on Australian Food Culture". This interesting and fun talk will cover some of the myriad ways that the Weekly contributed to the development of domestic food culture.
