This year, the Spring Cycle is celebrating 40 years!
Join thousands of riders on Sunday, 11 October for one of Sydney's most iconic cycling events. Ride across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, take in spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House and The Rocks, and celebrate your achievement at one of the incredible Finish Festivals.
By taking part, you'll also be supporting Lifeline, helping to ensure their crisis support and suicide prevention services continue to operate 24/7 so that no one faces their toughest moments alone.

What's Included?
Iconic Sydney Views – Ride across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and past some of Sydney's most recognisable landmarks, including the Sydney Opera House and The Rocks.
Choice of Two Rides – Select the 10km City Ride or challenge yourself with the 50km Classic Ride.
Official Finisher Medal – Celebrate your achievement with a commemorative Spring Cycle finisher medal.
Finish Festivals – Enjoy food, entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere at the finish line.
On-Course Support – Dedicated volunteers, marshals and support crews will be there to help you throughout your ride.
On Sunday 11 October 2026, participants can choose from two great rides:
10km City Ride – A fun, family-friendly ride across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and through the Sydney CBD.
50km Classic Ride – Continue beyond the city to experience Sydney's Inner West before finishing at Parramatta Park.
