Discover the benefits of Tai Chi with Master Aaron Khor from the Australian Academy of Tai Chi also a Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this welcoming class breaks each movement down into easy-to-follow steps, making Tai Chi accessible to everyone. The low-impact exercises are designed to improve your physical wellbeing while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
In this class, you will learn how to:
- Improve balance, coordination and stability through correct posture and movement.
- Understand the purpose behind each movement and how it supports your body's natural function.
- Build strength and mobility with gentle, weight-bearing exercises that soothe and relax the body.
- Calm the mind through slow, mindful movements and guided imagery.
- Experience Tai Chi as a form of moving meditation to reduce stress and enhance focus.
- Gain insights into health and wellbeing by exploring principles from both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine integrated throughout the sessions.
Join us to improve your balance, flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment. Suitable for all people and ages.

It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate all medical issues and injuries with the facilitator prior to facilitation. Participation is done so at your own risk.
