PHIVE SHP: Improvisation Workshop (Ages 8 - 12)

Unlock creativity and confidence in this dynamic workshop from Monkey Baa Theatre Company, where students learn to spontaneously create characters, scenes, and stories through engaging activities that foster quick thinking, collaboration and expressive storytelling.

Guided by one of Monkey Baa's expert Teaching Artists, participants will explore foundational improvisation techniques, develop characters, build scenes and gain confidence in their performance abilities, all while discovering the joy of thinking on their feet and creating something from nothing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This workshop is suitable for children aged 8 - 12 years -  Council reserves the right to remove any bookings that are made outside of this age group.
• This workshop is FREE however registrations are essential and places are limited
• For children aged 8 to 12 years: Parents and Guardians are welcome to stay or may sign in their children, but must remain onsite within PHIVE and be contactable for the duration of the program
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow for registration. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the start time may have their place forfeited.
• If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket or contact PHIVEtickets@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au for assistance - Continuous "No shows" may lose their spaces in other programs booked
