Global Cities After Dark

Global Cities After Dark

Global Cities After Dark was created in 2017 to build a worldwide network of experts within nightlife, and to harness this shared knowledge to support the growth of local night-time economies.

Global Cities After Dark fosters and promotes the reform journeys of cities - celebrating local success stories in context with international case studies.

The first Parramatta edition of Global Cities After Dark will be held this November as a part of Parramatta Lanes. The week-long program includes a series of industry-led workshops for local workers in hospitality, live music and entertainment, major events and cultural tourism and transport.

Closing the week is the ‘Celebrate Local’ dinner event, which is open to the public. Ticket price includes a three-course dinner plus beverages at Club Parramatta, live music performances and a panel of local experts discussing the key takeaways from the workshops during the week and sharing their collective vision for the future of Western Sydney after dark.
