Ngana Birrung

Get ready for three nights of stellar hip-hop this February!

Following the success of last year’s shows, Ngana Birrung (Dharug for Black Stars) is back showcasing some of Australia’s best First Nations hip-hop artists in a series of live shows to be remembered.

Over three nights in February, an extraordinary line-up will take to the stage in Parramatta, Penrith, and Campbelltown.

JK-47 is headlining all three shows and will be joined by other incredible First Nations artists such as Keely, Prodikal-1, T Breezy and Walker Boy, with special guest A Girl at the Penrith show.

If you’re a hip-hop fan in Australia, you should know the name JK-47 (aka Jacob Paulson) by now. Whether you know him as the Triple J Unearthed Artist of the Year, or from his jaw-dropping ‘Like A Version’ where he put a fantastic twist on Changes by 2Pac, you would already know that the talented Indigenous artist is a force to be reckoned with. His debut album Made For This was a Triple J album of the week and saw him perform at Groovin’ The Moo, Splendour In The Grass, BLUESFEST, Strawberry Fields and Yours & Owls.

All three shows are open to all ages. Tickets are available now!

Patron advice: likely strong language, cultural sensitivity and adult themes. Parent supervision recommended for ages 18 and under.
